Each project includes one-on-one creative collaboration between you and our Principal Robin, a team of experts to execute the design, and a home that is furnished, styled, and ready to be enjoyed immediately.

I. Discovery & Consultation
Every project begins with a Discovery Call—an opportunity to connect with Robin, discuss the scope of your project, and determine whether we’re the right fit for one another. If it feels like a match, the next step is an in-home consultation.
This initial meeting is the foundation of your design journey. Together, we’ll explore your goals, style, and how you live within your space. From there, Robin creates a tailored proposal outlining the scope, investment, and level of service that best reflects your vision and ensures a seamless design experience.
II. Conceptual Design
In this phase, Robin collaborates closely with your extended team—architects, builders, contractors, and trades—to shape a vision that reflects both your lifestyle and the character of your home.
Together, we explore the creative direction through spatial planning, mood boards, and color palettes, along with inspiration for architectural details such as millwork, built-ins, and custom cabinetry. You’ll also see curated material samples for tile, hardwood, fabrics, and more—each thoughtfully chosen to tell your home’s unique design story.
Once I presented, we welcome your feedback and refine the design as needed before final approval, ensuring every element feels both intentional and inspired.
III. Design Development
With your vision and selections approved, we move into the most exciting stage—the transformation of ideas into tangible plans. Every detail is thoughtfully refined as we translate the creative concept into precise product specifications, curated materials, and, when needed, detailed renderings and elevation drawings.
Robin will present a comprehensive design proposal that includes each selection alongside quotes aligned with your overall investment goals. This ensures transparency, trust, and alignment before any purchases are made. Once your feedback and final approval are complete, every piece is ready to move seamlessly from plan to reality.
IV. Procurement
With every design detail finalized and approved, we move into the execution phase—where plans become reality. Robin and her team manage the complete procurement process, overseeing all ordering, purchasing, tracking, and coordination with trusted vendors, artisans, and contractors.
Each piece is carefully received, inspected, and prepared for installation to ensure the highest level of quality and care. This hands-on approach allows you to relax with confidence, knowing every element of your design is being handled with precision and professionalism.
V. Implementation
Depending on the scope of your project, implementation may include new construction, structural remodeling, cosmetic updates, and/or installing furnishings and decor.
During this process, Robin serves as your liaison on-site and on-call, helping the project run smoothly and adhere to the approved design plan. This phase can get messy, but it's where the magic happens!
VI. Styling & Reveal
Once installation is complete, we turn our attention to the finishing touches that make your house feel like home. Furniture, lighting, and window treatments are styled with carefully curated accessories, artwork, and textiles—all chosen to reflect your story and lifestyle.
