With their four children grown and starting families of their own, this couple was ready to fully renovate their three-story home for their next chapter of life. They imagined spaces tailored to them and their love of a light, bright aesthetic, but with amenities and features for their whole family: a spacious kitchen, comfortable living areas and guest rooms, easy access to the pool, and even a playroom and home gym. To start, we reconfigured the layout of the basement, accommodating a play area, giving their home gym its own designated space, and opening up the area for a golf simulator. The primary bathroom was gutted and replaced with a marble tub surround, marble floors, porcelain tiles, and two chandeliers we repurposed from the first floor. In the kitchen, a marble mosaic makes the entire first floor feel luxurious. Lastly, we outfitted each space with child-friendly furniture in performance fabrics, hidden storage solutions, and eye-catching lighting that becomes the jewelry of the home. Stunning!
